Troublshooting
If Assistant Pages is not working, follow these steps:
- Refresh your browser and wait for the page to finish loading.
- If you are not using the latest version of a supported browser, download and install a W3C standards compliant browser (See Browser Requirements above).
- Update your browser settings to work with Assistant Pages. See above for step by step instructions for your browser.
- If the page simply reloads when submitting a form and listings abruptly close, it's probably a cookie problem. Follow the step by step instructions for your browser above to enable cookies for this Site.
- If nothing happens when you try to search, view, or post a listing, it's probably a JavaScript problem. Follow the step by step instructions for your browser above to enable JavaScript for this Site.
- If fonts, colors, and layout is messy, it's probably a text size or CSS option in your browser. Select in your browser View menu for a medium text size and to use Assistant Pages's style sheet (unless you require a different style sheet for accessibility).
- If you are still experiencing difficulties, email tech support for a solution.
